The purpose of the Grants for Artists Program is to contribute to the sustainability of artists’ livelihoods by providing funds that support working or living expenses.
Maryland independent artists who have experienced a loss of income due to an emergency occurring after January 1, 2022 that impacts his or her work are encouraged to apply.
