A "Stepping up to Supervisor" course, an four-part series, will be held at Garrett College. 
 
Session 1:  Coaching for Performance
 
March 5, 2019

Understand your role as a coach for your employees and discover sure-fire techniques for setting performance goals, offering feedback along the way, and ultimately performing at a higher team level.
 
Session 2:  Dealing with Difficult Personalities in the Workplace

Examine changes in the evolving workplace; connections between individuals, departments and customers; cultivation of internal communication systems; and developing communication skills inside and outside the organization
