USMCA Replaces NAFTA Effective July 1, 2020

Effective July 1, 2020, the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) officially replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). USMCA is a ground-breaking achievement for US small businesses and is the first trade agreement ever to include a full chapter dedicated to small business interests.
