Comptroller Franchot Offers Guidance to Businesses on Sales and Use Tax Credit
The legislation authorizes eligible vendors to claim an increased tax credit ONLY for the three consecutive sales periods of March, April and May – which are typically filed in April, May and June.
Restaurant Revitalization Fund: Application Portal Information
Registration for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) will begin Friday, April 30, at 9 AM, and SBA will begin accepting applications via the application portal on Monday, May 3, at 12 PM.
