MD Farm Bureau Sets Date for Western MD Trucking Forum

All Maryland Farm Bureau members, farmers, and truck drivers are invited to attend the Western Maryland Trucking Forum to discuss issues facing farmers on rural roads and state highways.
When: Thursday, May 27, 2021
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where: Garrett College's Career Technology Training Center (CTTC)

$15 for Non-Members
With spring planting, members can hear firsthand how the latest trucking rules and regulations can affect their business. Farmers and truck drivers are encouraged to ask questions about IRP’s, permits, tags, and weight limits.
Updated farm trucking manuals will be available.
Representatives from the State Highway Administration, Maryland State Police, and Maryland Vehicle Administration will be on hand to answer questions.
CDC guidelines with be followed. Donuts and coffee will be served.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, registration is limited to 50 guests. No admittance without a registration will be permitted.
