For 20 years, a cheesemaking operation that began as trial runs with milk from neighbors' goats has grown into a national award-winning center of caseiculture.
 
And the establishment has opened a new and expanded retail shop in Accident, allowing the production facility to expand in the original building that had been shared with the store.
