Mountain Maryland Hemp Alliance to Host Hemp Fiber Field Day

The Mountain Maryland Hemp Alliance invites the public to attend its Hemp Fiber Field Day on September 8, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
 
The purpose of the event is to provide a forum for potential growers, researchers, marketing experts, and industrial hemp product users to discuss the future of Industrial Hemp in Garrett County.
 
Learn about the variety of products from industrial hemp, the challenges and opportunities for cultivating this crop, and an update on the legislation governing industrial hemp product in Maryland.
