At its public meeting on February 21, 2023, the Garrett County Commissioners presented Anne and Scott Davidson, owners of
Deep Creek Lavender Farm, with a proclamation recognizing and celebrating the business's 10th Anniversary.
Founded in 2013, the farm has nearly 1,500 lavender plants with 15 different varieties of English lavender. The farm store has a great selection of lavender products, including quilts, body products, candles, lavender jams and jellies, and more. Culinary lavender is also grown on the farm and available for purchase. Visitors can pick their own lavender bouquet during bloom season.
Deep Creek Lavender Farm is located at 625 Doerr Road, Accident, Maryland. Although currently closed for the season (reopens in May 2023), the farm's online store remains open 24/7.
